Sha'Carri Richardson rocketed down the Olympic Trials track last week, winning her race before dashing into the crowd to embrace her grandmother. The Olympics-bound 21-year-old claimed her victory against the odds. Sha'Carri recently lost her mother and she's faced condescension because of her style and 5'2” stature. To the doubters she says, 'I'm still here.” We say Yippee! to Sha'Carri for her perseverance!
