A New Home Within

The other day, I called to check in on my friend Bob Roth.

I’ve often written about Bob. He’s my meditation teacher, my dear friend, and the guiding light of the David Lynch Foundation, which brings Transcendental Meditation to so many around the country free of charge: firefighters, first responders, teachers, women, and children, just to name a few. It’s truly astounding what he does day in and day out to quiet and heal the hearts and minds of so many.
