Good morning. I’m writing to you today from The Women’s Alzheimer’s Movement’s annual Women’s Wellness Weekend. Now in its fourth year, this gathering brings together extraordinary speakers who generously share their expertise on cognitive health, creativity, joy, Alzheimer’s prevention, love, and strength. It’s also when we raise funds for the research grants The Women’s Alzheimer’s Movement awards each May to remarkable researchers at the Cleveland Clinic and beyond.

Every year, this weekend fills my heart, mind, and soul in new ways. But what nourishes me most isn’t just the information. It’s the feeling of being in community.

Being in community with others helps me feel seen. It makes me feel alive. And most importantly, it helps me feel less alone.
