In one of the more unexpected victories of the night, the iconic singer Bonnie Raitt took home one of the Grammy Awards’ biggest honors: Song of the Year. The 73-year-old won for her song, “Just Like That,” and was surprised herself as she accepted the award.

Her song had the smallest commercial profile out of the 10 tracks nominated, as the others were each top 20 hits on Billboard’s Hot 100, and Raitt’s Grammy win inspired several new listeners to check it out. “Just Like That” saw a 6,700% jump in streams after the Grammys and its sales increased by over 10,000%.

Raitt, a veteran blues-rocker who has been recording hits for decades, has found new popularity with her Song of the Year and has once again shown her music is timeless. You can read more about her “Just Like That” Grammy and listen to the song here
