Country Singer Keith Urban Says He Gave Up A Lifestyle He Loved for the Love of His Life, Nicole Kidman

What’s better than the fun of a rock-and-roll lifestyle? Being with Nicole Kidman, says Keith Urban. In a recent interview with The Sun, Urban said that since marrying Kidman 16 years ago, he gave up his hard partying ways to keep their marriage alive. “I still make the odd mistake but not anything like I did in the past—and these days I see them coming before everything implodes.”

On trying to maintain a successful family life with Kidman and their two kids, Urban talked about the challenge of achieving work-life balance. “It can easily go out of whack,” he said. “I’ve learned a lot about how to correct [that balance]. Umpteen years ago I never corrected things until it was too late, but now I see it starting to go out and I’m much better at catching it before things implode.”
