At The Sunday Paper, we want to inspire you to gather at your table—virtually or with friends and family—and open your heart and mind to conversations that will move the needle. After all, the dinner table is where we connect on topics and map out the changes we can all make that’ll truly make an impact.

This week, to encourage your conversations, we recommend checking out the following:

What We're Reading:

#1 New York Times best-selling author, and friend of The Sunday Paper, Lisa Taddeo is out with her latest book and this time it's a compelling collection of short stories. A thrilling ride of fiction, Ghost Lover details the lives of women behind a new-age dating service, a trio fawning over the same man, and many other fascinating situations that'll leave you turning every page. We certainly recommend checking this book out. Get Ghost Lover here.

A timeless classic about a transcendent love story has been on our minds, and we want you to enjoy it, as well. Only Love Is Real is a tale of soulmates through the ages that are destined to find each other... again. Dr. Brian Weiss (Many Lives, Many Masters) writes with captivating prose about a lyrical love, and we think you'll quite enjoy this book. Get Only Love Is Real here.

What We're Watching:

From writer, director, and actor Cooper Raiff comes his newest film that is destined to get you feeling sappy. In this both hilarious and heartwarming flick, Raiff's character Andrew meets Domino (played by Dakota Johnson) and her daughter Lola (played by newcomer Vanessa Burghardt) at a Bar Mitzvah and a friendship blooms that explores whether or not soul mates exist. Watch this must-see film here on Apple TV+.

Following his run on Showtime's Shameless, actor Jeremy Allen White leads the cast of Hulu's The Bear, a series that follows White's character, Carmy, as he returns home from an elite culinary institution to run his family's sandwich shop. Equal parts humor, hard work, and heart, we're sure you'll love The Bear. Watch the popular show here on Hulu.
